Repair Contract as Bounty

Given a bounty contract for a piece of data it is easy to modify it to become a “Repair Contract”.

A Repair Contract in this context is defined as a mechanism to keep some piece of data on Filecoin despite deal failures and expirations.

One would set up a bounty contract and as part of the initial bounty, note down the DealIDs which fulfilled that bounty.

The condition to be paid out the bounty is that a lower-than-desired number of noted-down Deals are active.

When paying out a bounty, the new DealID would replace one of the inactive ones.
