Develop a minimum deal contract contract interface standard that can make multiple deals for a list of specified data, with a list of specified storage miners.

  1. addCID : a way to add cids to its authorized set.
  2. addSP: a way to add SPs to its authorized set
  3. onlyOwner: only owner can call addCID or addSP
