Dragan ZurzinCurrent Project Delivery status is:
🟢 Green - We are on the right path to deliver
- Risk factors that need to be included: - that can potentially change our green status:
- Audits we are currently doing can postpone the internal trusted setup in December 2021
Expected ship date: 2022-02-20
Status explained:
- We have 2 overlapping audits - on the Theory and Implementation side, which will give us a Go/No-Go Decision by @November 26, 2021
- For now, we have all delivery elements in place and we know the way ahead, but there is still some risk that can move the delivery dates back to December.
Mitigation we currently have is: we moved JP Aumasson audit (external audit of the circuits) for the first week of December, which gives us 1 more week to conclude our Go/No-Go decision for the entire implementation path on SnapDeals
How do we keep the 🟢 Green status - We approve all the review items in both:
Theory audit and implementation audit, until the end of the month @November 29, 2021, and then we proceed towards the final validation stage for us:
- External audit - @December 1, 2021
- and Internal (PL) Trusted setup in December - @December 8, 2021

Important delivery dates for this and the following week:
- @November 22, 2021 - Lotus, and Actors MVP implementation are code-complete and ready for in-depth internal implementation audit
- @November 19, 2021 - We are starting an Internal Protocol audit of the entire implementation path
- @November 15, 2021 - Also, we started the Theory audit for the entire implementation
- @November 15, 2021 - We kicked off External audit discussions with JP Aummason and we are gathering inputs for the work items he should review.
Current development tasks - In Progress items:
- Actors development integration for Snap deals -
- Changes + redesign of sector-storage that are needed to support SnapDeal
- SnapDeals "Sector key" implementation -
- ProveCommitReplicaUpdate implementation for SnapDeals -
Recent wins/accomplishments:
- Theory audit reached internal consensus. The work there shifts from validating to documenting outputs, which basically means we hit the target with our original assumptions and implementation steps
- We had a quick turnover reaction after the Madeira event + planning session with the team - we didn’t lose any time on deliveries we set for November
- We started communication with JP Aumasson in a dedicated channel, which gives us time to be well prepared for external audit that we plan to start on @December 1, 2021
- "Sector Key" milestone was planned for later in the year, but we manage to implement it as part of the initial Actors changes for SnapDeals
