On-chain metrics are generated via a prediction market on Storage Providers' quality.

High Level Overview

We refer to auditors as the clients that participate in surveys

Auditors query Storage Providers to check if they offer good service
Auditors, individually, take part in a survey. The survey is structured such that it can be used to turn subjective understanding →objective truth
Metrics (ie, survey results) are extracted from the survey and posted on-chain
Retrieval Storage Providers are rewarded proportionally to their metrics
(Auditors are also rewarded according to the survey protocol)
